ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES

Submission of Abstracts:

Online submission of abstracts through the ABSTRACTAGENT System is the only valid submission method. Abstracts sent via email or postal mail, regardless of the system, will not be accepted. You can access the online abstract submission system, AbstractAgent, by clicking here.

Abstracts to be presented at the congress should be experimental studies, clinical trials, and original case reports that contribute to scientific development and convey a conclusive message. Since abstracts submitted online will be printed as is, attention should be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for all spelling errors.

Spelling Guidelines

Abstracts will be collected through the online abstract system.
Academic titles should not be used in author names.
Names should be written in lowercase letters, with only the first letter capitalized.

Example: Mehmet Küçük
The names and addresses of the authors’ institutions must be stated.
For example: Xxxx University Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Xxxx Department, Istanbul
Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized. (Abbreviations are an exception.)
For example: Xxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxx XXX xxxx xxxx
If an abbreviation is used in the abstract, the full name of the abbreviation should be stated in parentheses.
The abstract should briefly state the purpose of the study and the methods used, summarize the findings with sufficient numerical detail, and explain the conclusion within the framework of the presented findings.
The abstract should be written using the headings “Aim,” “Method,” “Findings,” and “Conclusion.”
The entire abstract should not exceed 250 words, excluding the title, author’s name, and surname.
Abstracts that do not comply with any of these points will be disqualified, regardless of their content.

After registration, the instructions on the page will be helpful. Please read the messages and explanations carefully.
Abstracts submitted online will be printed as is, so please be careful of typos.
Please keep the confirmation messages you receive in your email address after submitting your abstract.
You can track the entire evaluation process of your abstract through the system using your email address and password.

Abstract Evaluation

The evaluation will be conducted online by the Abstract Evaluation Committee, with the researchers’ names, surnames, and institutions kept confidential.
For accepted abstracts to be published and presented, at least one researcher must have completed their congress registration.
During the abstract evaluation process, the abstract must not have been submitted or will not be submitted to any other conference or workshop.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation to an oral or poster presentation. The evaluation result will be sent to all abstract authors as a final letter. We strongly recommend that all abstract authors pay attention to the final decision regarding the presentation format.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE: 15 November 2025

  • Abstracts may be submitted via internet only via online submission module. <<AbstractAgent>>
  • Abstracts submitted via mail and via fax will be counted as invalid.
  • Abstracts may be presented with poster or orally. Authors should indicate their presentation preference as poster or oral presentation.
  • The Final evaluation will be made by the Scientific Committee and the authors will be informed about the type of their presentation.
  • Abstracts should be prepared in English.
  • Title should be short, explanatory and not more than 10 words
  • Authors’ names, surnames, institutes, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses should be mentioned on the “Authors’ Part”
  • Abstracts should include the parts:
    a) Aim
    b) Material and methods
    c) Results
    d) Conclusions
  • Abstract text may not be longer than 250 words.
  • Time and length of the oral presentations will be announced after acceptance of the abstracts. Presenters should hand their abstracts over to Speakers’ Ready Room at least 4 hours prior to presentation or the day before, for early morning sessions.
  • Oral abstracts should be presented by using audiovisual aids, computers or video players.
  • Posters should be in 70 cm width and 90 cm height. The abstracts should be prepared in size that should be read from one meter distance.
  • Abstracts must be submitted by 15 October 2025  Presenting author will be notified of the acceptance and format of presentation by 15 November 2025 The final acceptance of the abstract will not be confirmed until the presenting author has registered to the congress.
